As the Pandemic Is Raging in India, What Should We Do Apart From Praying?
As it is reported, the pandemic in India is out of control. The crematoriums work 24-hour shifts as the death toll soars. In addition, the number of confirmed cases is rising in Nepal, Sri Lanka, and even countries in Southeast Asia such as Indonesia.
Friends, are you worried that the pandemic will endanger the lives of yourself and your family? So what should we do to be protected from disasters? You might say that as long as we pray more often, the Lord will protect us. But do you know? It’s not enough to pray alone, and the most important thing is to seek to receive the Lord. Now besides the pandemic now, floods, earthquakes, wars and other disasters in various places are relentless. This has already fulfilled the prophecy of the Lord’s return: “For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. All these are the beginning of sorrows” (Matthew 24:7–8).
God’s words say: “The last days have arrived and countries across the world are in turmoil. There is political disarray, there are famines, pestilences, floods, and droughts appearing everywhere. There is catastrophe in the world of man; Heaven has also sent down disaster. These are signs of the last days.”
It can be seen from this that God is reminding us through various disasters that the prophecy has been fulfilled and that the Lord has already returned. Therefore, the most important thing for us now is to welcome the Lord’s return, because only in this way can we have the opportunity to be protected by God in the great disaster.
