Understanding the Mystery of the Coming of the Son of Man Is the Key to Meeting the Lord During Disasters
Perhaps you have realized that the frequent disasters have fulfilled the prophecies of the Lord’s return, but you maybe feel confused: Why have we not seen the Lord come on a cloud to rapture us into the kingdom of heaven? Hasn’t the Lord come back yet? Actually, it’s not that the Lord hasn’t come, but that you have ignored the key verses in the Bible about the Lord’s coming.
The Lord Jesus said, “Therefore be you also ready: for in such an hour as you think not the Son of man comes” (Matthew 24:44). “For as the lightning, that lightens out of the one part under heaven, shines to the other part under heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in His day. But first must He suffer many things, and be rejected of this generation” (Luke 17:24–25). These prophecies mention “the Son of man comes” and “the Son of man.” Here, the Son of man means One who is born of man and has parents, and can eat, drink, sleep, and walk like a normal man. If He were in spiritual form, He wouldn’t be called the Son of man. Jehovah God was in spiritual form, so He couldn’t be called the Son of man. So, only God incarnate can be called the Son of man. Just as God says, “When Jesus called God in heaven by the name of Father as He prayed, this was done only from the perspective of a created man, only because the Spirit of God had put on an ordinary and normal flesh and had the exterior cover of a created being. Even if within Him was the Spirit of God, His exterior appearance was still that of a normal man; in other words, He had become the ‘Son of man’ of which all men, including Jesus Himself, spoke. Given that He is called the Son of man, He is a person (whether man or woman, in any case one with the exterior shell of a human being) born into a normal family of ordinary people.” “The incarnate God is called Christ, and Christ is the flesh donned by the Spirit of God. This flesh is unlike any man that is of the flesh. This difference is because Christ is not of flesh and blood; He is the incarnation of the Spirit. He has both a normal humanity and a complete divinity. His divinity is not possessed by any man. His normal humanity sustains all His normal activities in the flesh, while His divinity carries out the work of God Himself.”
From the words of God, we can see that only the flesh with normal humanity and complete divinity can be called the Son of man and Christ, just like the Lord Jesus who appeared ordinary and had parents, but could do the divine work such as expressing the way of repentance, healing the sick and casting out demons, feeding five thousand people with five loaves and two fish. Thus, the coming of the Son of man prophesied by the Lord Jesus refers to the Lord’s becoming flesh when He returns. Many people on the Internet are now testifying that the Lord has returned to the flesh, has expressed all the truths to save mankind, and has done the new work. Hearing this news, we should quickly seek and investigate the utterances of the returned Lord, so that we have the opportunity to follow God’s footsteps and welcome the Lord, otherwise we will miss the Lord’s return and end up weeping and gnashing our teeth in disasters.
